Return & Exchange

Customised garments and the change of mind after processing your order are exempt from being returned.

Our policy lasts 14 days, you must contact us within 7 days of the item received. If 14 days have gone past since your purchasing of non-customised products, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unused or modified, with the original tag attached. It must also be in the original packaging. in any way cannot be returned whatsoever

All returns are subject to a handling fees charge of $30 per each Brand will be applicable

All returns or exchanges are charged a restocking fee of $30.00 per Brand, before any goods may be returned, customers must contact us for the GRA number, return goods are under the customer's expenses, and in their original package. The issue of the GRA number doesn’t mean acceptance by the company, our company will inspect and investigate the reason for the return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

No unauthorised returns accepted

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days of receiving the return at our warehouse. Please remember, that your financial institution can take an extra few days to get the refund back into your account.

Faulty

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact us immediately after item receiving, so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as speedily as possible. Please note that we'll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.

Incorrect Item received

If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact us immediately, we will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again; then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged

Replacements (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the manufacturer.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at abitofyou.info@gmail.com

To return your product, you must mail your product to:  A Bit of You, PO Box 179 Edensor Park NSW 2176

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time may vary for your exchanged product to reach you.

Check very closely the measurements of your product, not sizes as size scales may vary

The Colour may not display correctly on all computers.

Is your responsibility to ensure that the products selected to order will suit the intended purpose. If uncertain in any way about product suitability for bulk orders please order a sample

For hygiene purposes, products that include an undergarment cannot be returned or exchanged

Our courier will charge a re-delivery fee in case no one is home during the 1st delivery. This charge will be forwarded to buyers. To avoid such fees, we highly advise you to provide us with a written authorization to leave the parcel at from door in your order.

No responsibility is accepted for loss or delay by third-party carriers, Australia Post, Fastway or any other couriers. Contact us in advance if insured Registered Post or special arrangements are required.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as lost, damaged or stolen goods during transit are your responsibility. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Notes: (if applicable)

A Bit of you Freight charges relies on real-time courier API connections. There might be circumstances where a nil ($0.00) or incorrect result is returned and A Bit of you reserves the right to correct this later.
